ok, i'm having a bbq in about... now. and ppl are supposed to be coming in 2 hrs time. i heard that a fire is supposed to be ready in less than 2 hrs. so either the ppl are gonna eat cold food and get indigestion, or they're gonna eat still-cooked food by me and get indigestion. depends on the fire, really.

i cannot run icq plus on my system, 'cos apparently i do not have icq installed in my computer. which controverts how i've been keeping contact with several of my friends, through ICQ, dammit! what doesn't the computer understand about having icq? it IS in my computer. sigh. now i'm stuck with some disgusting font in the icq window. i always hated romans, especially times new ones. and the icq skin is god-awful.
help, someone. please.

my computer died last week. but today when i returned from school, my brother was telling me stories about how the computer was brought back to life. i rushed to the computer, and found out that my entire system had been reconfigured. so, blasted. i'm back to where i was a long time ago...
oh yeah, it's nice to be back.

I Am A: Chaotic Good Elf Bard Ranger
Alignment:Chaotic Good characters are independent types with a strong belief in the value of goodness. They have little use for governments and other forces of order, and will generally do their own things, without heed to such groups.
Race:Elves are the eldest of all races, although they are generally a bit smaller than humans. They are generally well-cultured, artistic, easy-going, and because of their long lives, unconcerned with day-to-day activities that other races frequently conccern themselves with. Elves are, effectively, immortal, although they can be killed. After a thousand years or so, they simply pass on to the next plane of existance.

something funny happened to me today.
i went out with jonah, darren and xiang yang to orchard in the afternoon. after playing pool for a while we went down to kopitiam for lunch and also to talk about gays and how much xiang yang sucked. we met zhi wei there and he was with this girl. he and darren were talking about their next jamming session at lavender. i noticed that she was looking at me. and after that, the two of them went off. just when we were about to leave, we saw the 2 of them again. zhi wei came up to me and said 'she wants to get to know you. she thinks you're cool,'...
'hi my name's benjamin' i said, giving my hand.
'hi, i'm...' she must have forgotten her name. she turned to zhi wei, and zhi wei said something like 'li xuan'.
and that's about it.

ok i've got my results, but i've yelled about them enough so i'm not going to do it on my blog. fuck it. i got A2s for 3 subjects which i could have sworn to god i would have got A1s. so i got 8 pts. and my cca record's screwy so i need to go back to chinese high to make ammendments. then i'd get my 4 bonus points, which would put me in a less plausible position to be rejected by raffles jc. if i cannot get my 4 bonus pts for some reason, then i'd consider hjc.
so much for not yelling about results.
